Instructions:

1. Login page: Click on the “Add New Family” button below the login button.
|
|
|
2. Enter primary guardian information. You can enter additional guardians once the account has been created. Please make sure that your email address is correct as this will be used for all communications purposes. Click on the submit button
|

|
3. The Family/Parents/Children page will be displayed next. Click on the EDIT / CHANGE LOG IN link to view your user name and password. You will need this info later to login to the system.

|
4. Note the User Name and Password and change your password to something you will remember and click on the Submit button.
|
|
|
5. Click on the Add Child link. Enter the information for your child and click on the Submit button. Repeat this step for each child.
|
|
|
6. To register your child click on the REGISTER -name- AS PLAYER link
|
|
|
7. Click on the MERRIMAC SOCCER SPRING 2010 link.
|
|
|
8. Choose the league that is correct for your child’s age. Eligibility is based on grade. For instance; K-2ND (U8) COED for k to 2nd grade, 3 - U10 GIRLS for 3rd and 4th grade girls.

|
9. You must agree with the terms of service by clicking on the I Agree button.
|
|
|
10. Select your child’s grade, enter emergency information, choose to volunteer and enter a note.
|
|
|
12. Click on the Continue button
|
|
|
13. Review the registration details and click Continue.
|
|
|
14. You will see the Pending check out section. You are NOT registered until you check out. At this point you can register another child and check out after all children have been registered or check out now and register another child later.

|
15. Enter your credit card information and click on the Complete This Registration button.
|
|
|
16. You should then see the successful registration page. Congratulations you are registered.
